Hopefully I have better luck. Right now I have the wood weighted down but I wont be home until Saturday to check on the progress. If it doesn't work I'll go and get some elmer's. Actually, I only had time to do a couple of sides and then I ran out of the liquid nails so regardless of whether it works or not I'll probably just go with the wood glue for the rest.

How long did it take the wood glue to dry, over night? Have you tried doing any lagers in yours?

Ive done a cal common a couple of times at 60° but not anything lower. I bet it could be done though. You would probally have to have several ice jugs ready to go and change em twice a day -

I also run 2 fans - one at the beginning of the ice chanber and one at the end. it really helps with the airflow.
