Yes, or you can even rack it after about 4 days and let it carbonate in the keg. A spundig valve is nice for this but you can just vent it once in a while.
What's on tap: Cream Ale, Imperial Blonde
Secondary: British Amber,
Primary: APA

It might actually sit in the primary for 2-3 weeks. I'm going on a training course (golf course maintenance) and I might be gone for 6 days or If the weather is nice, 3 weeks!
Am I going to be OK letting it sit for 3 weeks in primary?

Weeelllll ... you will probably be okay but why risk it? Go ahead and put it over to your keg for conditioning and then "Relax" while on the course. If you do think it will be on the yeast cake that long and you are 100% sure it's done fermenting I'd consider dropping the temp some. Of course the real issue with this is you'll get more yeast floccuating out and could end up with something closer to an American-style hefe as opposed to a Bavarian.

I'd keg it and store it upside down in your kegerator, you don't want beer on hefe yeast for too long.
On tap 1: Dry Irish
On tap 2: El Jefeweizen
On tap 3: Vienna
kegged: Rye Amber, Belgian Dark Strong, CYBI Mirror Pond, Irish Red, RIS
lagering: Vienna, Helles, Cream Ale, CAP
