so from the sounds of it, i think i will try to do 5 gal of the rye cream and maybe something else as well.

Im hoping to get two brews done in one day, bugs rye cream and either an IPA or Honey Pail.

ps sorry about the no pants option, i forgot that you can only have five choices and the no pants option was number 6.

Ive got 30 gallons of meads going and 2 gallons of peary, i think im set for a while. Oh and another 20 gallons of meads thats been bottled. THats what happens wen your in a mead club :roll:

One guy in our mean club is a local farmer and gets the honey from his bee man. I get cherry blossom honey for $2 per pound. Hard to pass that up. It comes in 40 lb buckets, ive got one full one and the other ive only used 5 lbs out of.

I think I've had about enough beer tonight...Now I need some Whiskey to sober up
