Im hoping to get two brews done in one day, bugs rye cream and either an IPA or Honey Pail.

Ive got 30 gallons of meads going and 2 gallons of peary, i think im set for a while. Oh and another 20 gallons of meads thats been bottled. THats what happens wen your in a mead club

One guy in our mean club is a local farmer and gets the honey from his bee man. I get cherry blossom honey for $2 per pound. Hard to pass that up. It comes in 40 lb buckets, ive got one full one and the other ive only used 5 lbs out of.
