It's a pilsner for sure, but the hops were just way over the top for me. I just couldn't do it. I loved the aroma, though.

I bought a 4 pack of the imp pils in da up eh while on our brew tour, just finished the last couple days ago. While I thought they were tasty, it just seemed like the hops were just a little too raw. It was stiull good, but for non hop heads (I consider myself a equal opportunity beer drinker-i'll drink anything), it could be over the edge.

I liked it, The Imperial Pilsner. I am really into big beers though. I really like the idea of pouring a 12oz. bottle between me and the wife and then drinking it with some fine cheeses over the coarse of an hour or so. The ultimate way to unwind from a hectic week.
