I've done the same thing great thing is that is usually floats like a black and tan you should be able to siphon off below the majority of the Star san. I just siphoned to the keg and left the SS and it was ok .

Been there. Done that. Didn't even realize it until it all had been kegged and bottled. Drank it all. It was fine. Your OK.
