Belgian strong ale

Ok guys I am looking at making a beer to put in all these bottles I have. I want something I can put away and let age so this is what I came up with. I had to add the belgian syrup to my promash database not sure I did it right. Well tear it apart. Sugestions will all be considered.

If you are shooting at the Belgian Dark Strong style, you are at least 10 pts low in gravity and on the high-ish end of IBUs, so the balance will not be what one typically expects in that style.

From Victory malt I get mostly "toasty" but in a BDS I expect more of a raisiny, munich richness. Maybe replace the Victory with half munich and half caramunich.

Good point danny I did have special b in the recipe at alf pound and changed it out of the vicrtory because it was too dark I thought.

Went and looked at it after you mention everything and changed some stuff here is a revised recipe.

WOW you have an 84% efficency? Thats really nice. mine is only 69%!

Ya I get a high efficency in part from the batch fly hybrid sparge i do. I drain out like a batch sparge. Close valve put in enough water to cover grain stir then start a slow drain and let it go down put in some more water never letting it go totally dry repeat until I have my boil volume.
