Summer Beer

Im looking for a great recipe to kick off my summer brewing, i am just switching to all grain and im dreaming of a cool refreshing bottle of summertime greatness...

Any suggestions??

I've got an American wheat with honey malt and lemon zest that I just love... It's in the fermenter right now.
