Beerman, Thats a great offer but....
Surely you can't be interested enough in tasting my pathetic first attempt at a pseudo Barleywine to stump up the $20.00 for international postage on one lousy bottle??
and well.... actually, I have yet to introduce the Barleywine wort to its yeast. Its sitting at the back of my fridge in its no chill cubes waiting for me to free up a bit of ferm fridge space and sanitise a fermentor.
Thats the trouble with no-chill when you are a slacker like me, you can keep "forgetting" about the need to ferment your brew. I only just now realized that its been more than a month!! I shall do it this week, I SHALL...
Its going to get a dried yeast and I have a few varieties on hand. Any opinions on what I should use. Choices are
Safale SO4
Safbrew S33
Safale T58
Safale US05 (aka US56)
Danstar Nottingham
I've not used the Nottingham nor the S33 before so I am leaning towards them out of sheer curiosity. Maybe the nottingham because it attenuates well, but the S33 sounds interesting.
When I actually have beer, not just wort, I'll get back to you and see if you still want to consider a swap

but I do appreciate the offer.
