Homebrewing in Humboldt

Sun Dec 18, 2005 12:09 pm

Hello Hopheads and Ethanol addicts, I have been listening to the shows alot lately and thought it was time for me to reg. and join the fourms. I have been brewing all-grain now for almost two years and loving it. I started out with 2 batches from kits which made it evident that I am a lifer when brewing is concerned. I have made most of the gear I use HLT,MLT, chiller, and I use sankey kegs for fermentation. My pride and joy is my kegerator although it has been a task to keep all 3 taps ready to pour. I look forward to sharing thoughts and recipes with everyone.

Cheers,

HH

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.

Welcome Homegrown. Glad to have you. I'm thinking that hops might not be the only thing homegrown up there in Humboldt?!?!?!?
