Heading to LA in September for ten days. Looking for suggestions for...

1. A good brewery tour
2. A craft beer bar
3. An excellent bottle shop

Please don't let me leave California without spending a shit ton on beer
Alcohol for me is not a problem, its a solution. And I need to solve about twelve problems tonight.

For a great brewpub, I like Ladyface but I've only been to LA a couple times
Next:
Fermenting: Cider, Azacca Oat Pils, Egregious-ish, Lambic, Carrot Blossom Cedar Mead, Brett Helles
Drinking: RIS, Doppelbock, Sauerkraut Gose, Lambic, Brett Blonde, Kriek, Saison, Rye Berliner
Barrel aged: RIS, Rye Barleywine, Tripel
