Does that one have screw top or snap on type lid? How welldoes it hold carbonation?

Screw top. The hold pretty well. I had one pop open once but it was in the trunk of my car and the ride was pretty bumpy.

I use them to bring samples to my homebrew club meetings. I leave right from work so they are in my trunk all day and keep the beer cold...even in the summer.

As for the original post, MoreBeer sells this http://morebeer.com/products/stainless-steel-minikeg-growler.html#reviews. Have one and trimmed a keg Grog Tag and stuck it on. Haven't checked how long it keeps the beer cold as the beer is gone before it warms up. It does look cool too, only have one, and when I bring it with glass growlers somewhere, the keg growler always gets the remarks and empties first.

when they had their kickstarter going. So it's the stainless double walled growler and a co2 dispensing system cap. Be the envy of whereever you bring your growler lol. I paid like $60 for the kickstarter... I see their retail is considerably higher...

A local store around me is charging $80 for the SS one. I'd rather buy another keg for that price (although it's a pain to carry it around ).

Yeah my issue is most places won't let us bring kegs in for homebrew club meeting either. It's like they don't want us getting completely out of hand...

I do have one of the wide mouth vacuum sealed 'water-bottle' style growlers. I really like it but it pours like crap. It does keep the beer cold for hours on end though... even sitting directly in the sun.

I went with one of the stainless kleen kanteens that are available a lot of places (REI, etc.). I almost went with one of the insulated double wall growlers, but that limits your ability to keep a beer longer than a day. Once it warms up your basically done as the insulation will also inhibit cooling it back down. I've got a neoprene sleeve that will keep my single wall container cold for quite a while and if I need it colder for a longer period of time then it can go in the cooler with ice or the fridge. It was also about half the cost of most of the double wall ones.
