For those not aware I am now the Pub Brewer at Natty Greene's in Raleigh. We are having our first beer dinner with me at the helm. It is October 24th at 6:30pm for $40.

Food - Beef Stew with sweet potato pancakes and a Swamp Fox Reduction

Beer - Red Nose
Food - Rudy's Apple Crisp with vanilla ice cream and Red Nose syrup
