Congrats to The Brewing Network Homebrewing Club

Sun Jun 24, 2012 8:45 am

I made my feelings widely known about TBN winning Club of the Year last time around. This year I will take the high road and offer nothing but heartfelt congratulations to those who helped TBN win again. Justin is a true mover and shaker in not only the world of homebrewing but craftbrewing as well and TBN winning the 2012 Club of the Year is further reflection of that. I am proud to say that I was around for the very beginning of TBN and played a small part in helping get it off the ground. Congratulations again to all the members of The Brewing Network Homebrewing Club. Regardless of what anyone feels about the win, you don't get there without brewing great beer. And that's what it's all about.

That being said, I just read on Taren Howes' (JP's significant other) facebook page a funny and telling post: "It's so quiet in here that you can almost hear the rules changing." :jnj

That's a quote from Justin himself upon accepting the award.

Which makes it even funnier and more telling.

No shit. Drop that and her last name. Pretty low road.

If you take what I post here literally, you're retarded. I'm here to fuck around, have a good time, and learn about beer. You mean nothing to me and I mean nothing to you.

Really? Imagine how much sleep I lose worrying about what you douchebags think.

Jason and Taren are friends and neighbors of mine. That they are a couple ain't no secret and I'm pretty sure I didn't cross any boundary by mentioning that fact in this thread.

My comment was meant to be sarcastic... sorry I forgot my winky face icon.
