lol, thanks! Raising the burners up 2 inches, found out the hard way of needing a 0-60psi gas regulator, perfect flame.. will post some pictures.

[quote="Jase"]Get you brew on!! Here is my system, 2nd calibration is tomorrow! Plenty of room for pumps.. This is not showing the plate chiller mount and the hopback mount.

Great job!

It will be a great job once I dial in the burners, have gone through 3 regulators now, but i found a LP .4psi 200,000btu one at Ace Hardware today.

0-60psi high pressure was too much, even after plugging half of them.

Low pressure max at 75,000btu was too low.

So I am hoping this 200,000 LP regulator works. It should, if not I am going to try the one that Morebeer sells, it is a LP 400,000btu one, will update once I have it dialed it.

I tried using those burners but the pair that showed up were leaking a lot of gas out the side of the casting. Cheap crap. System looks good, although I'm not sure how easy it will be to mash in with that apparatus you have in your mash tun.

Yeah, the burners are P.O.S. getting rid of them and replacing them with HP Banjo or Hurricane hopefully next week, got tired of messing with different regulators to dial in the flame, adding a section for the HopRocket and plate chiller, Will be running it all next week, I will know if I will need to change the wort return in the mash tun, but I think it will work out well with the high flow pump. I just don't want the return on the lid like everyone else uses. Took into count on the cleaning also. I will post some pics next week of the final run down and operation.

Talk to me :-) I bought a batch of kegs from Left Hand and converted them, selling a few to IPAlers. I plan on cutting one keg this Thursday when I'm going to do some plasma cutting for my brewstand.
Aging: Gotlandsdrickå, Baltic Porter in Bourbon barrel, Olde Ale #2 in whiskey barrel
