Dry hopping and hop residual in beer

I have been attempting to perfect a low gravity IPA and have run into difficulty with hop flakes in my finished product. My process involves cold crashing for 24-36h after dry hopping, then transferring to a keg and serving. Throughout the entire life of the keg there are flakes of hops in each pint, any thoughts on how to remove these?

you can reuse them forever just back flush and store in a canister with cheap
Vodka to keep the nastys out

I just kegged a double IPA with 9 oz of dry hops in the primary fermenter. I cold crashed for 48 hrs and then carefully racked to a keg being sure to minimize any trub/hop pickup. Put the keg in my cooler for about 6 days with gas, and after my second pour the beer was almost fully clear (minus any hop haze which won't go away for awhile).
