Black IPA/CDA is not it's own style in the BJCP (yet).
They should be entered in 23 Specialty.

Like I said, what matters is what home brewers are entering. They enter Berliner Weisse and they do not enter Gose. If you want a history book on beer, there are several. If you don't want a guideline for judging homebrewing competitions then stay away from the BJCP guidelines as that is their purpose.

Also note that Gose is a newer style than Berliner Weisse (by a couple of centuries) and that Berliner Weisse was continually produced whereas Gose was a dead style for decades before being recently revived.
