I'll brew Jamil's tripel from BCS next week. I want to split the batch in 2 fermentors and do something "special" with the second one. Any idea?

Awesome! I still have quite a bit left since soon after it was ready to drink we found out my wife was pregnant and she told me that if the triple was gone before she could drink it again she would be none too happy with me.
