I am looking to brew something similar to Odell Woodcut #3. I wanted to see if anyone that has tried it would have a suggestion on what type of hop to use and what IBU level. I have not had one in awhile and can't find any left at my local liquor stores.
Might have to make that trip such a good beer. I can get the Woodcut 4 but no #3 to be seen. I just cant remember what the hop profile was on that beer with such a big oak flavor.
