Big thanks to Jim, Tasty, et. al. for making this happen. Had a blast tonight meeting a bunch of BN'ers. Shame there was such a poor showing by my club, the Brews, though . I counted 3 members out of 30-40 people there--and we're easily the biggest club in the area.
just made it home from the schlafly event. had a great time. work is going to suck tomorrow, but it was worth it. tasty was the first brewcaster that i have ever met, and he lived up to the reputation!! not in a local brew club and everyone seemed to love my kolsch. everything that i learned to make it was due to the BN. i am definatly going to get more into the local homebrew scene due to tonight. thanks BN and thanks for making tomorrow horrible cocksuckers!!
I just wanted to say thanks to Mike for sharing his knowledge and his awesome Janet's Brown Ale. I also want to thank Jim for setting the whole thing up, I had a blast last night, it was great to meet some fellow brewers and drink some of their first class beer.
Thanks to everyone who came out. It was a pleasure meeting each of you and getting to taste your extremely well made homebrews. I'd like to especially thank JimL and Schlafly's head brewer Stephen Hale. Jim arranged the meetup and Stephen was a great host.
Make no doubt about it, I'll be back in the STL area and we'll do it again.

Thanks for coming out Tasty. It was a pleasure meeting you and all the other homebrewers from around Saint Louis. Great group of guys. I'll see you guys at the next GBS meeting as I'll be joining up. It was awesome to finally be able to talk to people in detail about homebrewing!
