JP, clue us in. How did you get the clone to the point it's at now? Any reference points besides your bottle and BLAM? That sounds like a hoppy-ass Belgian ale by the way! Fairly large late hop additions. Not that I'm contradicting you, I've never tasted it but I'm going to look up the stats in BLAM.

I don't know what BLAM is, but I just figured it out.

Again going back to my cap it states 5.8% I would guess a little calcium carbonate. wouldnt hurt as well.
Would you think a little more pilsner or munich to bring it up to 5.8 or just better attenuation?
