Aus 1550 style build

Sun Feb 28, 2010 3:39 pm

My home built 1550 inspired build

The system:
70L kettle with whirlpool and hop screen, 70L Hlt, 50L Mahtun
SS Cam locks for all hose connectors
Thermowells in the mashtun and HLT
Control box for mashtun and HLT and run pump

I still need to make up the SS chute for the tippydump.

Thats it, thanks for checking it out

Bad-ass. And that hose looks like it came straight out of Aliens!

Nice build!

I am looking to do something similar and wanted to see if you had the design measurements you could share?

Heres the dimensions

They are in millimeters so metric you will have to convert them if you need too
