best of luck to you man! i hope everything works out for you. I have noticed that people who really believe that they will heal do so versus people with a poor attitude. I'm on your side! You can battle this.

a note for other people.....THERE IS NO SHAME IN GETTING A COLONSCOPY!!! sure they gently put a camera up your ass but you would know if you had a tumor much before it was lemon sized. My old man is "to strong of a man" to get a colonscopy....eventhough his mother died with colon cancer at 76. I was 27 when i told my doctor that I should be scoped because i don't want to die in the same manner. trust me the worst part of it is the 2 week suply of laxitive that you take in one hour to flush your system dry.....and i mean flush!

Huskerbrew,
I'm sorry I didn't see this thread until now. I just wanted to say best of luck with the surgery retroactively and I hope you make a full recovery!
Please keep us informed on how you are doing,

+1000 on what everyone else has said.

One word of advice... don't tell your doctor to "SUCK IT!!!!!!!!"

Attitude, Attitude, Attitude. The power of positive thinking is amazing. My grandpa lived with a bad cancer for 15 years. Even when they removed his bladder, his response was that he didn't really need it anyways. I know you will beat this. Prayers from Montana.
No brew list here, sadly my equipment is locked in the barn patiently awaiting my return. I miss you brew equipment:(

You have my support. As everyone has said, positive attitude. A coworker of mine was diagnosed with liver cancer 2 years ago and given 6 months. Last year she was given six months. In June she was given 6 months. It's all about the attitude, brotha.
