Hello All -
I just picked up "Brewing Classic Styles" and I'm a bit confused on the fermentation directions. For every one of the recipes, it generally says to use some type of White Labs liquid yeast. But then under the Fermentation directions, some recipes state to use up to 6 liquid yeast packages or an appropriate starter. What do they mean by 6 liquid yeast packages? They cannot mean putting 6 viles of White Labs yeast in, can they? Any help is appreciated!
