The BN Stream on a Blackberry

So I am a complete douche... I have been spending a lot of needless time trying to get one of these lame ass internet radio apps to work on my Blackberry so I could listen to the BN stream with no luck. So like an ass I finally tried just typing in the URL into the browser and it worked right away.... Hopefully this will help some of you guys out there as I know people have figured out how to make it work on the iPhone but not many with a Blackberry.

What model Blackberry does this work on? I'm sure it wont work on my current phone, but I'm looking at upgrading soon.

You just type in the URL and you can listen to the stream?

If browser streaming doesn't work for you grab BerryTunes for the Blackberry. Does the trick for me...

I have an older 8703e. Do you know what models it works with? Can I download that directly to the phone?

It works with my Curve 8310. If you hit up that link there's an OTA install link there.

I have the Curve 8330 (Verizon) and just selected "go to" from the browser menu and punched in the URL. It asks if you want to open or save, I select open and it automatically starts the media player and plays the stream. I'm running the v4.5.0.77 software on the handheld.

Same here (8320)... although the BB sound is even worse than my laptop sound, at least I can listen if away from the house (like yesterday at Mom's for Easter Dinner)
