chat issues

Sat Jun 04, 2005 10:06 am

I had a similar problem with the chat. First, if it says your name is taken, try again...that worked for me. Also, I think it doesn't like spaces, so make it all one word. I'll check for better answers and post ASAP. As far as the hang up, for me it hung up for a time, but after about 2 or 3 minutes ( i know that sucks) it went right in. I'm going to work on a new chatroom for Sunday so that it's all running smooth.

Good luck,
justin

I'm having difficulties, as well. I already registered, but it doesn't give me an option to just sign in. It wants me to register and of course, my user name is already used.

Hers the fix guys, when ever you sign in just put a number after your name, so if i use the nickname of spddrcr i would put spddrcr02 and then it will let me sign in. each time you sign in you need to change the number after your nickname. I know this is anoying but it should work and after todays show we will have a better chat system .

Sorry, but that's cheesy. I've been making up names to sign in as a guest and nobody is there, so I guess everybody is put off by the inconvenience of the thing. We'll probably wait until you get the real deal up. No matter, though.... It 's all good!
