Ok, I'm having a party next weekend for St. Patricks Day. At that point, my 2 lagers will have been at 35° for 3 weeks. They are a Schwarzbier and a German Pilsener (both from BCS).
I have plenty of bottled beer but I'm really wanting to keg these bad boys and carb 'em.
Is this NOT in my best interest? For the beer's sake?
