So, this is my first beer that I will be kegging and accordingly I'm extra anxious to get it kegged up. I brewed it last Saturday and am wondering if I could keg it after 7-10 days without any ill effects? I'll be sure to make sure it has reached its terminal gravity first. I've heard some people say you can turn an English Mild from brew day to serving in 7 days and the beer I've brewed is similar in gravity at least (low 1.040s). Should I just be patient?
