I love Craigslist.com

I bought a Morebeer economy 24 gallon fermenter and then realized that I had no way to control the temp. I went to Nebraska Furniture Mart to look for a refrigerator that could fit it. No luck at all.

I thought that I should look on Craigslist.com for 5 gallon soda kegs and found a Pepsi soda cooler with a glass door that would fit the conical. When I put a carboy that I needed to crash into it and powered it on, it dropped to 20F in half an hour! I have it set to 7 now and it is stable at 35F.

It also came with a 5lb CO2 tank, regulator, sankey tap and a wall mount spigot all for $325.

I think I remember Doc saying that he has a 2 door model.

How does anyone else with a conical keep it cool?

I don't have one yet, but when I do I plan to show off that sucker in a glass door cooler, like the one you bought. There's no way that I am going to hide that cool looking piece of gear that I spent an arm and a leg for! It's going to be on f-ing display, be-atch! Congrats on the purchase. Craigslist rocks for fridges and freezers.
