Anyone who goes--you gotta check out The Wedge brewery. I was there last year. My buddies and I tried 7 of the 8 beers they had on tap that day, and every single one was better than any other beer I tasted in that city that weekend. Just beautiful beers, from Raspberry Imperial Stout to Saison to Pale Ale.

My boss retired to that town. He tried to tell me that Asheville was the next Portland, OR. "Ha" I rubuked!!

I'm headed down for that, so I'll definitely check out Wedge. It was not on my list until today, so thanks for the heads up!
