Raleigh - Natty Greene's Beer Dinner

For those not aware I am now the Pub Brewer at Natty Greene's in Raleigh. We are having our first beer dinner with me at the helm. It is October 24th at 6:30pm for $40.

1st Course
Beer - Wildflower Wit
Food - Wildflower Butternut Squash soup with Wildflower cheese scone
2nd Course
Beer - Hessian Hefeweizen
Food - Cedar plank Smoked Salmon and kale salad with cranberries, walnuts and drizzled Hessian Vinagerette
3rd Course
Beer - Swamp Fox
Food - Beef Stew with sweet potato pancakes and a Swamp Fox Reduction
4th Course
Beer - Red Nose
Food - Rudy's Apple Crisp with vanilla ice cream and Red Nose syrup
