Community Brew - Altbier

Wed Mar 24, 2010 10:05 am

Anyone else in on the Altbier Community Brew? I know that Mylo has been very busy, and I see on asshatbrewingsoftware.com that a shipping date is set for 3/26/10, but I haven't seen anyone discuss the fact that this swap is actually happening. I just kegged my batch - if anyone else brewed this and wants to do an informal swap (assuming the Community Brew competition is off), let me know and I'll set things up.

Good luck with this. I was in the community brew fro Ol' Yule Loggy, but I think it's dead at this point. There were only 6 of us and I know of one other who sent out their entries.

At this point, I'm just going to drink the rest and call it a day. I need the keg.

I'd like to know how this Alt comes out...I may want to brew this someday.

Until I get automated reminders going out... it's going to be an uphill battle... I brewed the alt, and it is sitting in two carboys that I can't transfer to two kegs because I'm a lazy fuck...

I'll send out a email to all the subscribers on this one and see if we have enough people to make it worthwhile.

Which recipe was used for this? Could someone post it if possible?
