Mon Feb 22, 2010 7:45 pm

The Mad Hopper and I are flying in Wednesday morning at 9am, since we cant check in to the hotel till the afternoon, We are having Breakfast at Rock Bottom at the Airport, Lunch at Old Chicago, and possibly any other pubs we can find.

What does your itinerary look like? Maybe a few of us can meet up. Just let us Know.

Also, for all you past NHC's, what is the attire for the Banquet?

I wouldn't waste your time with the airport Rock Bottom, it's really nothing special. If you really want breakfast at the airport I'd hit French Meadow for sure, else just run to the hotel and drop your bags at the bell stand and get your day started.

or getting him drunk Jenga'd :)

I got the hotel room but doesn't look like I'll make it this year ( used up vacation time during wife's emergency spine surgery in January ). Oh well, there's always next year!!!

Have fun.

P.S. The banquet attire should be anything with the BN logo on it, in case you win something in the competition :asshat:

I get into town...well, right now, staying through until at least the Sunday of NHC.

Will you have a vehicle? If not, your best bet, take the light rail downtown and hit up the Rock Bottom downtown if youre set on eating at RB.

Then there's always Town Hall a short cab ride away from the downtown light rail station.

Town hall is a great place, and I am sure it will be popular while the convention is going on.
I will be flying fron SFO thru Dallas, arriving at 3:00 on Wednesday, and very much looking forward to the anniversary party. I hope that the public transportation isn't too tough to figure out, since I am sure to partake in a few of the beverages on the flight.
I hope I get a couple beers which will make it to the second round.

Planning on driving up Wednesday, depending on the BNA5 plans. Driving home on Sunday. Drunken debauchery between the two.
