My wife loves this beer. Tastes kind of woody to me and a dark caramel sweetness. I was not overwhelmed by the alcohol aroma. I store it at 40F and let it warm to about 50F-55F in red wine glasses. I am not sure how the missus had two of these followed by a pint of my Smoked Porter, but she did. At 12% ABV, these are no light weight brews. At $14/4 it is also not gonna be had very often.

I totally forgot about these beers that were in my fridge. Never did drink one when I said I would. I'll try to have one soon. I'll need to let it sit for awhile before opening it. I'd like to drink it while smoking a nice mild cigar. I think I'll have to do that soon. Too cold to sit outside so I need to wait for a rainy day and gets back in the 50's here.
