i'm not yet a conneseiur of beer but just like in art i know what i like, and this was probably the best beer i have tasted in my life thus far. dark and with solid body but lightened to the point of effervesence with lots of carbonation but not too much. wonderful spicy tones. high abv not detectable in the taste. smooth and balanced. i stumbled upon the right beer for my fist dopplebock experience i guess.

This is one of my favorite beers of all time. I can only hope that my weizenbock comes out tasting like this.
