Can I make an American wheat with extract???

Or is this one of thoes stiles best done with AG. I can do it AG but dont have the 5 hrs....

Most commercial "wheat" extracts are either 50/50 or 60/40 wheat/barley.
There is no wheat only extracts that I am familiar with
