Or is this one of thoes stiles best done with AG. I can do it AG but dont have the 5 hrs....

This is one of the best styles to do with extract. The wheat extracts are already around the 50/50 mix of wheat and barley you want anyway.

I second Danny. i walways had the best results with American Wheats and Heff's when I was doing extract.

I normaly do about 40 / 60 wheat to 2 row. Are you saying that I can just put in 100% "wheat extract" witch is 50% wheat and 50% 2 row?

Ditto to bug...
Most commercial "wheat" extracts are either 50/50 or 60/40 wheat/barley.
There is no wheat only extracts that I am familiar with

Ireks makes 100% wheat extract, but as far as I know, they are the only ones. I don't know why anyone would want an all wheat extract, but whatever floats your boat I guess. I used to love making wit/hefe/american wheats before going AG because I'd only use extract and no steeping grains. That makes for a very short brew day.
