I'm down to my last 5g of beer and want to brew tomorrow (being fathers day and all)... but I'm not sure what to do next.. I don't have a starter prepared so I'd probably pitch 4 vials for 10g??
So far this year I've done 2 kolelsch's, 2 summer bitters, and 2 Alts.
I'm thinking Hef or American Wit and found this recipe and would like any opinions and/or tweeks (I've never done a wheat beer before)...
