Just got home from an around the world trip. Pilsner just went into the keg and the Imperial stout went into the secondary. I'm leaving Monday morning again for a couple more weeks, they should be done by then.

2 months / 4 starters / and 3lbs of corn sugar added to start fermentation in the last week and to raise the gravity. The beer has been kegged.
OG 1.087
FG 1.016
My hardest brew yet. The last two starters were a repitch of the bock yeast.
Prost!
