Alright, so I am going to brew a "Pumpkin" Beer soon. I say "Pumpkin", because following the advice of Denny + Others I have decided against using pumpkin (I'm doing extract) and will be using maltodextrose. I am open to any comments.

.5 Lbs Special B Malt
.5 Lbs Crystal 60L
Sugar:
7 Lbs UltraLight LME
1 Lb Honey (Orange Blossom)
0.75 Lbs Maltodextrose
Specialty:
2 Cinnamon Sticks (15 Minutes)
1 Whirlfloc (15 Minutes)
.5 Oz Sweet Orange Peel (10 Minutes)
.75 Oz Pie Spice (3 Minutes)
1 Cinnamon Stick (0 Minutes)
Hops:
0.5 Oz Willamette (45 Minutes)
0.5 Oz Styrian Golding (15 Minutes)
Yeast:
White Labs WLP001
