Delerium Nocturnum clone

Mon Oct 24, 2011 12:41 pm

Ive been all around the internets trying to find a recipe for this and I can only find clones for Tremens. Does any body have one or a good guess? I have contacted the brewery in Belgium but haven't gotten any replies. Where's CYBI when you need them lol.

This morning I heard back from Brouwerij Huyghe and I thought I would share their email with you.

Dear Mr. Austin,

As you know the recipe of a beer is always the secret of the brewer. Because of legislation that protect our Beers we unfortunately can not provide you any details.

Good luck with your brewing activities.

Best regards,
Brewery Huyghe

Well as a noob brewer I was hoping maybe the Army could throw out some suggestions as I have no idea where to start other than culturing some the yeast from some nocturnum bottles. Any help would be appreciated.
