Hi all

Thinking of brewing American amber "Arrogant Fecker" on Friday. An I am attending go to get all my bitter addition from FWN with an mix of Cascade /Centennial, should I try to get all my bitterness for FWN or should I save some for a standard 60 min addition?

An is pro mash FWH calculated correctly or should I calculate it as a 20min addition?

Thanks for your time

I think what you have is good right there. Once you brew it, if you want more bitterness, you can always play around with it, moving additions (maybe a 20 min addition?) or changing quantities.
What you have is a great starting point, though, IMO.

Thanks BDawg, but it looks like my pro-mash FWH calculation is off, Denny Conn suggest setting to -65 utilisation instead of the set -10 So I have changed the hoping a little with cascade in FWH and a bit of Centennial at 60 min for bitterness
