Lagunitas Lil Sumpin' Sumpin' CYBI Recipe

Wed Dec 08, 2010 10:13 pm

I caught the majority of the recipe last night, but JZ reads them too damn fast and I missed some based malt and hop measurements. Any help would be great.

Gracias,

You can tune in here http://www.justin.tv/brewingnetwork/b/275325853 to relisten to the show. The Lil Sumpin starts at 1:15:00, justin.tv just splits it up into 2hour chunks, so the end of that episode is on the following file.

I am berwing it today as a L'Sumpin WIld fermented with White Labs Abby Ale 530 and some minor hop changes. Unable to get Santiam so I am substituting Liberty for it.

The Wild has a 0.5% higher ABV, do you think this is due to recipe or due to yeast strain?
