That's what I wanted to hear! I like to take classic styles and morph them into something out of the ordinary. Im almost ready to bottle a Saison I fermented with 3724 and Brett B, a big gravity of 1.066, and a nice blast of Citra hops...best damned beer Ive made and that is only tasting flat hydro samples. Its a strange brewing fetish for me. I tend to enjoy making a great base beer recipe and giving it some torque. Taking a doppelbock and morphing it into a pumpkin beer just seems right to me. :pop
