Just has a watery, light ale taste but has the alcohol content and coloring of a Maibock.
Thinking I either overpitched or let it sit in the fermenter too long...ideas?

Mash temp too low?

HAHAHA!!! I am trying to prevent "What the fuck happened" from becoming my house flavor. Hopefully I can figure out at what step I was visited by the Fuckup Fairy so she doesnt visit again!

As far as mash temp goes, this was an extract kit with steeping grains so I didnt do any real mashing in the traditional sense.
