I'm looking at brewing one of these in the next month and was wondering if anyone had any tips about ingredients that should be used.
Thanks

Think "Imperial Northern Brown Ale", and use Maris Otter, Chocolate malt, some crystal 30 & 120, and hop it with EKG.
Aim for the 1.068ish range.
