Bugeater Dunkelroggenweissen

Sun May 27, 2007 4:50 pm

I came up with the name in a drunken stupor one evening so I wrote a recipe to fit the name. Pretty much a dunkelweissen with rye added. Geistbier wanted the recipe so I thought I would post it here. Not quite to style for a dunkelweissen (or any other beer) but is a tasty brew.
