1.43 lbs black barley malt
1.1 lbs crystal 80
0.66 lbs carapils
0.66 lbs munich 10l
0.66 lbs wheat
2oz roasted barley

us05 yeast

1.25 oz. Northern Brewer boiled 60 min.
1 oz. Northern Brewer boiled 15 min.
1.5 oz. Cascade boiled 10 min.
1.5 oz. Cascade boiled .01 min.


its the grain base for a obsidian stout clone and bascially the hop bill for janets brown ale

I'd say it's safe and probably even pleasurable to drink. Pull the trigger, add the yeast and assemble the tasting panel. :pop
