did you hit your OG and FG? If not, the sweetness could be due to your higher mash temp which would leave behind some residual unfermentables. Did you adjust for the age of your hops if they were not fresh from this year? That could also have lead to a lighter bitterness than in the original AB. This one is definitely on my to do list after my spring run.

I hit all my numbers, used good hops and had a nice controlled fermentation. I chock the differences up to yeast and my process.
