About 2 years ago at a tour of Millstream Brewery in Iowa, Chris, the head brewer/owner pulled out some samples of a triple he was toying with. One was aged in an oak barrel that previously help white wine from a local winery, and the other was severly dry hopped. Both were fantastic.
My wife used to call me an alcoholic, so I started brewing beer. Now I have a hobby, and I'm a beer enthusiast, not an alcoholic.
