Patersbier co2 levels?

Any one have experience force carbing the Patersbier recipe via northern brewer. I've been hearing everything from 2.5 to 4.

I used a white labs 500 Trappist ale yeast starter and am now storing the beer at 38 degrees.

I took a gold medal and best of show with a patersbier-ish recipe (og 1.040, fg 1.008). Carbonate high, at least has high as your dispensing method will handle w/o crazy foaming. I use 10 ft of 1/4" beverage tubing on a picnic tap, serving around 3.4 vols. With a keg you can raise or lower the carbonation as you please.

It's my house beer. Yum.
