Extra piece in my corny keg post?

Mon Aug 02, 2010 10:57 am

I disassembled my corny keg posts for the first time and there are these nylon/plastic bushing type things that fit in between the poppets and the dip/gas tubes. I can't find replacements anywhere or even mention of them. Do I need these or can I just remove them?

If nobody has a clue what I'm talking about I can post a picture.

Are those parts any of those on this link? http://www.williamsbrewing.com/KEG_PARTS_C78.cfm

Check all three pages and you will probably find what you are looking for.

Found it! Thanks!

Sounds like it's only used on some older style kegs.
